IDEA (Innovation Development & Entrepreneurship Alliance) is now a student association with the main task of connecting enterprises to both international and Chinese students on campus.
The new organization was founded in December 2016 by 14 international students most of whom are MBA students from management school of JSU. “On one side, we contact enterprises in different industries to pool the demand information, e.g. internship post; on the other side, we gather students on campus to build a talent dataset, then the rest thing is to match the job demand and talent supply. Actually, we are building a bridge between students and enterprises.” Alexis said, one of the co-founder of IDEA.
With the progress of “One Road One Belt” strategy of Chinese government, the demand of talent, especially the talent with multi-culture background from the Chinese enterprises becomes more and more urgent. The establishment of IDEA just conforms to the national tide, and try to serve both students looking for a job and Chinese enterprises going abroad.
