On Dec 5,the college of management invited Zhejiang University,Professor Ma Qingguo to carry out an academic

lecture entired "management facing to rewritemotivation point analysis" for our teachers and students.The lecture

was hosted by Meiqiang principal in Room 1501 of sanjiang building,and teachers and graduate students of college

of management attended the lecture.

At first,Professor Ma started with a series of major change triggered by the progress of information technology ,

and showed its great changes and rapid development in ten years. Then, he proposed his own view about the four

important factors of management. Meanwhile, Professor Ma expounded on individual behavior change caused by

sharing economy and neural technology development. Besides, he proposed that asinformation technology plays

an increasingly important role in the social production and living, management research need to be more prospective

to predict the future development of this discipline as well.

Professor Ma Qingguo, executive vice president of the Chinese Academy of management science and engineering,

Zhejiang University management science and engineering national key disciplines leaders, parttime information

technology and management direction leaders, Zhejiang University, Zhejiang University, director of the laboratory

of the Institute of technology innovation and Technology Industry Development Research Center, a professor at

Zhejiang University.In recent years, mainly engaged in the management of neural engineering, neural engineering.

Safety engineering science and other emerging areas of interdisciplinary research, is the first to introduce neuroscience

to the field of management science. He presided over a number of national and provincial and ministerial level key

research topic, won the provincial above reward more than 10 items, in SCI, SSCI journals and international and domestic

authority and core journals published more than 100 papers.
