The Chinese and foreign bilingual innovation and entrepreneurship simulation is an exercise that brings students together by forming groups where they are allowed to discuss the best and innovative managerial practices that would increase the profits of enterprises or companies they are asked to handle. The groups that are made of students are made to understand the business management approach through entrepreneurial design, simulated operation and other ways. The training goes to improve students' risk control ability, problem-solving ability, contingency ability, and promote the combination of theoretical knowledge and practical ability.

This training adopts the virtual simulation in the form of "entrepreneurial star", where there are four competitive quarters of enterprise operation simulation. The results of the four quarters are then ranked according to the comprehensive scoring sequence calculated by the software's own scoring system.

The training

The School of Management in collaboration with Entrepreneurial Simulation Club held the first Chinese foreign bilingual innovation and entrepreneurship simulation training on the 14^th day of November 2020. The first training session amongst many was held at the Entrepreneurship Simulation Laboratory at the Sanjiang building, room 1208.

The training session started at exactly, 10 am Beijing time. The facilitator for the training session was Teacher Li Xin. Miss Xin gave a summary of how the software works and the importance of the training. She spoke in both English and Chinese. Students were then placed in random groups for the training purpose.

The second facilitator, Mr. Ma Miaomiao who is the head of the Entrepreneurial Simulation Club then gave step by step instructions on how to use the simulation software. Each student was given a simulated amount of ¥600,000 RMB as seed money that would be used for business transactions with the aim of getting more profit from it.

It was fun to see how students could plan in an attempt to make more profit by strategically buying and selling products.

Based on the outstanding performance of the students, the facilitators decided to hold another innovation and entrepreneurship simulation training for both Chinese and foreign students.

      Students who attended this maiden training session were from the community and management colleges, such as entrepreneurial simulation Club, entrepreneurial alliance and creation dream space practice department, as well as overseas students.
